HANK ELLIOTT

Juniper Property Management's owner Hank Elliott utilizes his twelve years of experience as a real estate investor and managing properties with an attention to detail that's second to none. Hank understands that successful property management can only occur when a company and its staff passionately manage every client's property as if it's their own. Hank's commitment to this level of service has led to the building of a business that countless satisfied clients rely upon to take excellent care of their mobile/manufactured home park, multi-family/apartment, and commercial properties. Having a construction and development industry background helps Hank in identifying the small problems before they become bigger and more costly to fix.

PATTY BEAMER

With 8 years of property management and 17 years of accounting experience, Patty Beamer puts all of her experience to work on behalf of Juniper Property Management's clients and tenants. Patty is the office's resident expert in legal and financial issues. She sweats the small stuff so that you don't have to. Patty is a licensed property manager and regularly attends various conferences to keep her knowledge up to date with the current market trends and the latest legal aspects of property management.

IRA FEFFERMAN

Ira is in charge with Business Development and Asset Acquisition whereby he is building a portfolio of properties managed by Juniper Property Management to service the growing needs of Central Oregon renters, property owners and financial institutions. Ira's track record goes back to the late eighties where he owned a successful hands-on property management company with a large team whom together managed more than 2200 units in Southern California. During his tenure he gained the wisdom of navigating his clients through one of the toughest real estate markets to date.

SUE STEPHENS

Management of homeowner associations is led by Sue. She has 10 years experience in community management. Sue is passionate about customer service and works to create and foster excellence in community, environment, and quality of life for owners. She works in partnership with developers, association boards, homeowners, and tenants to build consensus, promote financial transparency, and foster community spirit. Sue is a member of Community Associations Institute.

CARLY CARMICHAEL

Carly consults with business relations and communications. She holds a JD/MBA and over 10 years executive experience with strategic development and execution and all facets of marketing and communications. Carly's may be 'behind the scenes', but her deep experience allows operations to focus on managing properties out in the field and on site while she takes care of strategy, communication and any presentation needs.

KEVIN LATHAM

Kevin's real estate experience allows JPM to market and fill vacant units when the need arises. With over five years of moving properties, Kevin brings talent to the team through his expertise in marketing, leasing and selling property. His focus is keeping units occupied with qualified tenants.

CANDICE FORSELL

Candice brings over 10 years of knowledge in accounting and property management to our office. Her specialty is whith LIHTC, RD, Home, Section 8, and HUD programs. She also has over 2 years experience with homeowner associations including facilitating board meetings, working with board members on budgets, and providing financial statement preperation and review. Candice understands and enjoys the importance of working as a team to create results the client's desires.
